Dignitaries and alternates are elected at ordinary general meeting for a period of two years, took possession at the same meeting, after which time come to exercise their duties independently of the assembly to be demanded or not agree with any choice; all come to hold office until the General rule and stated otherwise, this provided the previous period has expired, otherwise it must wait to finish his term, the outgoing dignitaries. For new organizations, the period is counted from the date it was granted legal personality. Upon expiry of the period of the dignitaries, the organization has a maximum period of 15 days to convene a regular meeting to elect such other officers, if not, is prohibited and charges continue to exercise the duty of the Sectional inactivate the organization and immediately convene a meeting for its restructuring.
